Ingredients :

·    Potato = 1 kg
·    String bean, carrots, bean sprouts = sufficient
·    Shallot = sufficient
·    Garlic = sufficient

·    Egg = sufficient
·    Pepper, nutmeg, celery = sufficient
·    Starch = sufficient

Methods :

·    Peeled and cleaned the potato, afterwards pounded soft the potato
·    Mixed with nutmeg, salt & the egg. Stirred through to equitable
·    Piece through to soft the shallot and garlic, afterwards stir-fry. Put the bean sprouts, cooking spice and starched. Added a little water inside the stir-fry.
·    Pour the batter to the tray that was spread by butter. Level batter to the tray.
·    Give the spice above, then closed with batter again
·    Put the batter in to the oven.
